Clean and everything was in good condition, but very small. A few swings and a small slide structure. My kids, ages 4 and 6, were bored within 10 minutes. Perhaps better suited for ages 2-4. No parking right at playground. We parked a street over and walked through the nature trails area to get there.

- nothing much else to do, residential area
- no toilets though lots of trees and bushes around in case of urgency
