CLC Benal Beach

I gave it 4 stars for it's location and the actual complex was really nice, although paying €8 per day for sun lounges was steep in my view.
The room was very basic, clean somewhat but the floor hadn't seen a mop and bucket for a few weeks.
The bed was and is the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept in.
Apart from that the holiday was a success.

The apartment was clean and fit our family of four (children aged 5 and 7) quite nice. The pool area was big, but a bit crowded. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The reception area was so ugly it was nearly creepy. The general location was great with walking distance to the beach.

Stayed here for a few days but pool to cold to go in and indoor pool is extremely pricy. In a good location but no clubs anywhere nearby. Our boiler broke and ruined everything we brought with us and we were left with nothing to wear. Hotel staff very nice but still haven't received a refund we were promised. Oh and the beds are pull out sofas.

CLC World staff were polite and helpful.. good holiday reps.
Main security and reception staff the rudest people I've ever come across. Abusive.. aggressive... nasty ... rude people. One particular lady on that reception desk needs to be fired. We forgot our key in our room one evening .. they have spare keys at the desk but said it wasn't their problem .. wouldn't help us.. abused us for around 15 minutes and eventually gave us the key?! Unnessecary hassle and upset caused. Never will step foot back in that building ever again. The pool was absolutely filthy .. bird and chicken dirt everywhere .. no sun loungers or chairs mid March 22 degrees.

CLEAN! FRESH! appartment. No aircondition= open windows= use earplugg, when they play music down at pool-area. But music starts 21 and stops 00 so not a big problem. Wonderful view from 8th floor apartmen 814. Happy with stay. 2 beds in masterbedrom and a sofa in livingroom. Im satisfied though its not a 4-5 star hotel. 3-4min walk to beach and many resturansts. Big pool area.
