This place is a joke, I don't know if they treat locals the same way. I booked a dentist visit and the guy told me everything is good with my mouth within 5 seconds. Didn't even bother checking anything and just told me I should sign up for cleaning.

Dr Sara Simonsen is a great consultant. She is kind, attentive and doesn't rush the consultation. It was my daughters and I first time coming to see her. We are awaiting results which is in the system and I cannot comment on that service, but as for Dr sara, I highly recommend. She spoke in very good English.

I checked in for my first physiotherapy appointment. The receptionist immediately had issues with the insurance approval of my doctors referral. The insurance company didn’t include the correct words and the doctor asked for too many sessions, in the receptionist’s opinion. However, he chose to be very loud (yelling) and spoke very fast in Spanish, not giving me any room to ask him to slow down or ask questions. Incredibly rude way to treat anyone. And when you consider I’m going to physio, I must not be feeling to well in the first place. I have never been treated so badly in a medical office. While I will never return to that clinic, something needs to be done about the way the reception area treats patients.

I had an appointment at 18.40 pm. The queue went outside the clinic and it was full of people inside waiting to see the doctor. I waited 15 minutes in the queue. There were only one woman at the reception and two people around her doing nothing. When it was my turn (she called me to come to the desk) she was still with another patient so I had to stand there and wait for another 10 minutes. When she finished talking to the other patient she called "next" without recognizing that I was already standing there waiting. Never going back.

Not possible to make appointment if you speak English. Girl picked up the phone and then dropped it when heard English.. Never picked it up again as I was trying to call back…
