Today I had a facial cleansing. Elisa did it, and the experience couldn't have been better. She was incredibly attentive, careful, and caring. She also noticed I was short on time and worked incredibly fast, trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. Congratulations, Elisa! You do an excellent job. I want to express my gratitude not only to the reception staff—who were incredibly polite and helpful—but also to Elisa, the professional who did my cleaning. She not only has a wonderful touch with patients, but her friendly approach makes you feel right at home. I must say, in my case, it wasn't easy due to my sensitive gums, but she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. And finally, my appointment with the dentist was prompt and effective. Elisa, who deserves special mention, is a fantastic professional in both cleaning and patient care! She made me feel very comfortable at all times, and despite the discomfort and slight pain that comes with cleaning... she did an incredibly good, subtle, gentle, and quick job. I've never had such a great experience.
