I would like to share my experience after renting the "Coín Park" ball pit, hoping it can serve as constructive feedback for improving the service.

Firstly, the owner's management was quite poor, especially regarding communication, which was practically nonexistent.
As for the facilities, the overall condition left much to be desired. The cleanliness was clearly insufficient, with accumulated dust and cobwebs in several areas. Furthermore, basic items such as trash bags were missing, making it difficult to use the space properly.
Regarding the equipment, there was a television whose remote control didn't have batteries. After managing to turn it on, we discovered that the speaker was faulty, producing a very annoying sound. We also found some broken metal grates within reach of children, which poses an obvious safety risk.

The lighting was very poor, with only two spotlights, of which only one bulb worked. Upon entering the premises, there was also a strong and quite unpleasant smell of tobacco. Other items, such as the foosball table, were in very poor condition, practically unusable and without balls. Similarly, there was an area designated for soccer that didn't even have a ball, completely limiting its use.

On the other hand, the air conditioning wasn't working properly; when we tried to turn it on, the circuit breaker tripped, so we ultimately couldn't use it.
In short, the experience was unsatisfactory, and under the current conditions, I wouldn't return. I hope this feedback will be taken into account to make the necessary improvements in the maintenance, cleaning, and management of the premises, as with a proper investment, they could offer a better service.

I celebrated my little one's birthday and everything was great. The outdoor area (the one I booked) is spacious and the children had a fantastic time!

Those who were there on Friday, January 9th, dumped all their trash behind my truck even though the bins were right next to it. Some people are really filthy.

The facilities are quite good, but the owner's treatment leaves much to be desired. He didn't inform me that there were no foosball balls in the foosball table (when I asked him about them over the phone, he responded quite rudely that people were very uncivilized and that he wouldn't provide them), and I had to go through three stores to find them. Furthermore, he didn't inform me that there are three rooms within the same park, and that, on the SAME DAY and SAME TIME as my son's birthday, he had rented out the other room for a birthday party, with shared entrance and bathroom use. When I found this surprise, I called him, and then he was TOTALLY RUDE AND RUDE. He told me that this was a business and that if it didn't suit me, he would return my money and that I should leave the room right then and there—an hour before my son's birthday and with all his friends already invited!!! And SIMPLY for asking him why he hadn't told me there was another birthday party! It was unbelievable, I couldn't believe it. No empathy, no kindness. He's already used his solution of returning the money to other people who had told me, of course knowing that with everything prepared, no one is going to cancel. So, although the facilities are more or less fine, I recommend you do your research before booking.
