The only place where you can put your clothes in and take them out smelling exactly the same as when you put them in. For what they charge, and not a single trace of fabric softener remains is a disgrace. You pay what they ask and they don't provide the service you deserve. I wonder what it would be like if it were free? And to top it all off, they provide a number for resolving issues and they don't even answer. Ask for whatever you want, but provide the service you deserve.
