Everything's fine until you have a problem with the clothes, because then they wash their hands of it.
I always prefer to shop at local stores, but I'm tired of them not giving you a refund if you don't like something; you're just stuck with a voucher.
But the problem is, if you lose the receipt and go to exchange the item the next day, or if the item turns out to be defective, they blame the customer, and you're stuck with the item they could easily claim back from the manufacturer.
They're so money-grubbing and don't care about how much you've spent up to that point.
They've made me go back to the big department stores, where I know they'll always take the damaged item back without a problem, or even give you a refund without a receipt if the item has its tag.
Customers need to be taken care of, and they clearly don't know much about that.
