Very professional salesman who attended me yesterday with all my inquiries about a particular shoe i wanted. Job well done.

Went after a couple of days again and encountered an employee called "sonia" or a similar who had no manner or etiquette to deal with a client. Extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that i was going to write a complaint paper but at the end decided not to as the other employee helped me out. Its strange how 2 salesperson in the same shop can be so different. Bad experience with this particular deichmann shop. Have been buying shoes from this shop from more than a year. Probably bought more than 32 shoes. This last experience makes me think if i want to go there or not.

They unfortunately did not have my girlfriends size in the shoes she really liked in stock, but they DID have MY size in the sandals I liked, and it was even on sale! 😁
The staff at this shop are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. When I asked to speak with the manager, they refused to respond. This lack of professionalism makes the shopping experience very unpleasant.
