I reached out to 3 printers the hotel sent for me to contact. I was coordinating the meeting from California. Dico responded in hours, the other 2 nothing nada. They were fast, professional, and fairly priced for the quality of work they delivered. We had last-minute jobs sent to them and they delivered in less than 24 hours promptly to our hotel. In fact, they did such a great job on one of the jobs I reordered for our next meeting so I don't have to worry about it in California.
I am extremely satisfied with the service at this copy shop. I urgently needed help to deliver branded bottles of water for a business event and since I am not located in Spain I called DICO and explained the situation. The employee Juanmi received the bottles, did the all the branded printing and sticking and delivered the bottles on my behalf. Everything was done in such a short notice and with maximum professionalism and it saved my event.
Juanmi was so helpful and replied in the shortest time that I would definitely recommend them for any service that you might need.
Always very helpful, friendly and they make fantastic products for a good price Fotos, booklets etc.
