I hired DLM International lawyers to prepare my family’s Spanish visa application. They reviewed my documentation and confirmed it was complete and correct for my BLS appointment.

It wasn’t. At the appointment, BLS identified missing required documents, and the forms DLM had completed contained errors. The application could not proceed. The earliest reschedule was months out, derailing my family’s relocation timeline — including my child’s school enrollment.

When I raised this, the firm acknowledged in writing that the errors were theirs. I requested a refund. They have ignored every message since.

An error is forgivable. Admitting fault in writing and then going silent on a client whose relocation you damaged is not. If you are trusting this firm with immigration deadlines that affect your family, understand that when something goes wrong, their response is to stop answering.

For anyone reading this: you’re hiring an immigration firm to hit deadlines and fill out legal documents correctly. This firm missed the deadline and filled out the paperwork incorrectly. When that surfaced publicly there solution was to buy back my honest account for fifty cents on the dollar.

That tells you everything about what they’ll do when your case is the one on the line.
