Fun place for a family hike. The circular path was adventurous enough for my teens and doable for my 8 year old. The rock formations seemed other-worldly. Wear good hiking shoes.
Great and unique place to visit - and also with the great views. It has several different hike routes (with different difficulty). And the sunset there is amazing 🤌🏻

El Torcal de Antequera is an incredible place — in some spots you genuinely feel like you’re on another planet. The rock formations are unique and the whole landscape feels one-of-a-kind. We visited in January around 2:00 PM and the parking area was quite busy, but we still managed to find a spot without too much trouble. Definitely a must-see if you’re anywhere near Antequera.
There are two options to go there. One by driving all the way up or to park bellow and hike. I hiked from below and I don’t regret it at all. Beautiful scenery on the way up and when you get there it’s really beautiful me of a kind experience of nature . Highly recommend it.
Visited here as part of a guided walking holiday with Andalucia on Foot. It meant we got away from the crowds are really felt like intrepid trekkers in ‘The Labyrinth’. We saw mountain goats and rare orchids as well as the fantastic pancake limestone landscape. Highly recommend
