Fernando and his team are very professional. They have come various times to our house and provided solutions to our issues. Quick and kind service, fair prices. Besides he saved us on a Sunday when we had a power outage. I sent him a whatsapp to check if I could call him on Monday first thing in the morning. Being on the beach he called me right back and solved the problem from the distance. That's what I call service. 100 % recommendable !!!

WE RECOMMEND REVIEWING THE QUOTE BEFORE HIRING
Our community has had a very negative experience with this company. Several significant problems arose during the installation of the video intercom system.

The quote included 30 Simplebus terminals, but only 9 were installed. We opted for monitors, even though their price was approximately €20 higher than other market offers, and the uninstalled units were not deducted from the final invoice.

The most serious issue occurred on April 29, 2026, when the company removed the system's control unit, leaving the entire building without intercom service. The system was only replaced the following day after an immediate transfer, creating an unacceptable level of pressure for the residents. This situation arose after we requested a refund of the invoiced difference and the application of the reduced VAT rate applicable to homeowners' associations.

This is our community's real and documented experience, and I am sharing it so that others can evaluate it before hiring.
