We went there to buy a bonobus/bus card. The lady behind the counter was very nice, everything went smoothly and quickly.

I went to return some packages and the clerk was very quick and helpful.
I was impressed that they offer everything from smoking rations and transport card top-ups to parcel delivery and collection. Excellent!
This tobacco shop is quite well-stocked, but it's a shame that a rather curt and unpleasant man is working there. It's happened to me several times, as unfortunately he's always been the one to serve me, and frankly, I don't plan on returning. There's a younger woman who serves customers politely and correctly, but I've always had the misfortune of receiving this man's terrible service. When running a customer-facing business, in addition to many other things that need to be done, good manners and simply treating customers correctly are essential.
