Great cigars but staff are very hit and miss. The assumption is often that you are a thief or are otherwise prepared to wait 10 minutes to be allowed into the cigar room to be then watched like a hawk. Miserable young woman this morning could not spare one second to press a button and let me in. Absolutely mortified when another customer apologised for the delay which was 100% due to the poor attitude of the young female employee. Walked out and went elsewhere. Will give it one more chance but after three years of this attitude my patience is wearing very thin.
