Estepona Car Rental Centre

Met at the airport. Car plenty big enough for the 6 travellers. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this company for shere ease of collection and return and no waiting on arrival or over paying inflated fees from the airport car hires.

I wanted to try renting from a local company. It worked very well. The employee was very friendly and spoke a very good English. He waited for us with a sign, and we got the car right outside the arrivals hall. Returning was fairly simple too, just had to park the car in the "General Parking" (NOT the "Rental car return"), leave the keys, and send them a message to let them know in which stall the car is parked.

After a bad experience with a booking thru Booking.com and Europcar, we were thrilled with the personal service and value for our money we received from Estepona Car Rental Centre. They were completely accommodating to our needs. We recommend highly!

I feel myself one of the worst customer ever. Due to the pick up and left over was not clear to me on Malaga airport, I raised up so many question before the trip. The answeres were quick, clam and polite. Car pickup was easy. A colleauge waited us with my name on a table, we followed him to the car , small paper work and without any deposit payment, withhout credit card ( I had debit card only) right in front of the car was possible, I recieved the key. Car was clean and same category I reserved.
Small intermezzo, but describes well the attitude towards to the situation of the colleauge.
It was my fault, the parking place was in the dark hours comlicated to leave (for me, after a long flight) through the bars which automatically opens acc. to the car plate, I misunderstood the methode and stucked in. I called the Estepona Car rental Colleauge and soon (within some minutes) he came back and patiently supported me, and then I could leave the parking lot. I cannot enough appologise/ excuse to him to what only says with smile: No worries!
Car drop off either upfront was to me complicated but was far more easier than I thought. Must go to the general parking lots next to the airport and leave there the car acc. to the recieved descriptions either after in email written, and in the car glove box.
So overall everything was fine and the the Colleauges whom I met (in written, in personal) was very patient and helpfull.

I have rented from Estepona car rental many times over the last 12 months, I have found them very reliable, the people in the office in Estepona are very inviting and always helpful. The cars are always clean and well presented.
