This company is a disaster when it comes to organizing events. Yesterday we went to the Cabra Carnival festival. Upon entering, they wouldn't let you bring in any food or drinks, except for uncapped water, which I had no objection to. But imagine my surprise when I went to the bar during the break and they had absolutely nothing to eat—no sandwiches, no chips, they'd even run out of water. It was 11:30 PM, I'd been there since 9 PM and it lasted until 5 AM, and I still couldn't eat or drink anything. I asked if they could let me go outside to buy some sandwiches and come back, and they refused. They told me to eat them outside, which means I'd miss performances I'd paid to see.
In short, they're shameless. If they're preventing you from bringing anything in, they must not have enough supplies, especially since they didn't even have water in that heat. Then they tell you they're going to restock, and you have to wait in the middle of the performance to see if you can go. If they can't organize things, they should definitely do something else.

Hello, we went to the supposed tent in the parking lot of the Riberas del Guadaíra Theater in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville. I say supposed because there was no tent. On their app for buying numbered tickets... you see, as we all know, a diagram of the stage, seats, etc., and you can choose numbered seats. Well, when we arrived, nothing that was set up resembled the diagram, and therefore the seats I bought weren't where I chose and paid for. This organization did whatever they wanted when setting up and numbering the chairs. Half the people were standing because the seats were tucked away in bushes and didn't correspond to what we had purchased. I feel cheated. Not to mention the bar: draft beers were €4, and on top of that, you had to pay extra for the glass at €1. Salami sandwiches with frozen bread were €7. A disgrace and a real rip-off. Eternidad Eventos is a total scam.

Last night we went to see Sergio Dalma perform in Nerja. Needless to say, the concert was spectacular and the venue was wonderful, but we felt ripped off when it came to the tickets. We had bought the tickets back in February, and two weeks before the concert, they sent us an email saying they were changing our seats without any explanation. Of course, the change was for the worse, because according to them, they had made a mistake with the prices and had to put us in the other section to resell the tickets we had already bought at a higher price (their problem due to their poor management), and they put us much further away. You leave much to be desired in organizing events. I hope this serves some purpose.

They only care about making money; they don't care about the audience. There's a show in Cabra at the municipal auditorium to see Meni and Aguilera, and they're selling tickets with reduced visibility—when it should say zero visibility. A disgrace of an organization.

The carnival festival in Cabra was a disgrace. After half an hour, there were no more sandwiches, the beer taps weren't working, they opened a can of Cruzcampo right in front of you, poured it into your glass, and charged you €5—the prices were outrageous! The waiters were working without any kind of fan or air conditioning, and it could get up to 40 degrees Celsius in the bar area. Every year I go, it gets worse. You really need to rethink the organization because it's a real shame.
