Abandoned sugar factory. Very scenic at sunset. Easy to reach via good gravel roads. One road starts at 36.7552759,-3.8522915. Come here around sunset for the best photo opportunities.
Officially 'private property', but nobody seems to care.
Great place for atmospheric photos, definitely run down. There are people definitely living there (though I didn't actually see them) and quite a bit of rubbish, but still well worth it. Cool seeing the aqueduct flowing through the buildings.
I thought this was a great stop on my trip.. absolutely stunning site fore making photos and checking out a dilapidated building in an almost post-apocalyptic setting. Amazing.
