It's true that a while ago there was a very unpleasant woman who worked there; she was rude, spoke badly of customers, and treated her colleagues poorly. I say second because the first pharmacy I went to was extremely expensive. The same medication cost me almost half the price at this pharmacy compared to the first one. I filed complaints about the employee in question, and she left some time ago. The service is friendly, personalized, and very attentive. The whole team is lovely, as is the orthopedics department, which takes care of every last detail.

My aunt went to the pharmacy after spending two days in the emergency room and needed to have her blood pressure checked. The girl who helped her said she didn't know how to take blood pressure, that the owner wasn't there, and she didn't know either. What kind of qualifications does this girl have? Taking blood pressure is the most basic thing in the world. It's unbelievable that an elderly and sick person has to go all the way to the other side of Vélez to have their blood pressure checked because someone working in a pharmacy either doesn't know how or doesn't want to.
