I had a very good experience with them. Their working hours are very convenient. I came to ask for permission for an MRI, and I was assisted by Nilia — a very nice lady who handled everything within a few minutes and answered all my questions

The worst insurance company.

Refuses an MRI (RMN in spanish) and treatment with a dermatologist.

Avoid if you want to contract with them!

Terrible home insurance. After three months, I still have dampness. They fixed a problem in the bathroom, then broke things, and now they're refusing to cover the damage to the walls, even though it's included in the policy. I'll be taking legal action with my lawyer for breach of contract. Shameful.
