Strange. Very strange. I went in to look into renting it and was surprised to see the same woman in almost all the photos. You rent the place, but I understand you don't rent the person. I think it's a tasteless mistake. The photos should be of the place to be enjoyed, not of people. "What Pepe says about Juan says more about Pepe than about Juan."

The property is very nice, but the owner is terrible.
First, the day before our event, she made up a €150 deposit (which I completely understand why she asked for it; the worst part is that she asked for it the day before). In the months before, she never said anything about this deposit, and I find it a lack of professionalism. But of course, how can I expect professionalism from a person who... Second: we arrived at the property and she didn't leave until two hours after we were there. Ma'am, go away, it's already rented, you have no business there. And if it wasn't her, then it was her son that day and the next day (the day of the event), repeatedly entering and leaving the property. I think if it's already rented, they have no business being there.
Third: At the time, she gave me a list of suppliers, but I was NEVER told that I had any obligation to contract with them. Since I wasn't convinced, I rented on my own, and the day they came to set up tables, plates, etc., she scolded me, telling me that those weren't her suppliers and that if I didn't like it, I could leave. Of course, my supplier doesn't give her a monetary percentage, but hers do.
Besides, it's just her way of speaking.
She sets 100 rules about things that can't be done on the property. Madam, I have the solution for you. DON'T RENT. You'll save yourself a headache, and those of us who rent will have to meet you.

It's a property perfect for parties. There's a play area for children, a kitchen area for BBQs, and the restrooms are very clean and in good condition. It also has a swimming pool and parking within the grounds.
