Flaxman Estates

A dear friend recommended Flaxman’s and from the moment Julie came to meet me and then meeting Neil I knew I was in professional and safe but importantly caring hands to help me sell me beloved finca. Despite a tricky market for my kind of property Flaxman’s got me buyers who would not only buy my house but continue the caring add to the community. Totally recommend Flaxmans.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Flaxman Estates.
Having owned a property in Spain for over 20 years we were ready for a change and Julie found us our dream apartment.
Julie, Neil and team are totally committed in making you have the best experience in both buying and selling.
They are very professional, friendly and ensure you are kept up to date at all times with progress , their communication is exemplary and even got out of their way in helping you .
Punctuality is great too and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Whether considering selling or buying I’m confident Julie snd her team will ensure you have the best experience as they did with us.

Richard and all the team were extremely helpful from day 1 going above and beyond to assist us with so much more than their job of being Estate Agents, they give you information straight and honest about all aspects of living in Spain and the after care service is also more than impressive.
A friendly family run business I recommend to anyone and I feel we have made good friends with.

We had no hesitation in appointing Flaxman Estates for the sale and purchase of a new property in Spain as they had provided us with an excellent service 4 years ago for our big move from the UK to Spain.

It was the perfect decision as Julie and Neil made the selling and buying process stress free yet again, even though our finca was not the easiest property to sell. Nothing was too much trouble and their determination in finding the right purchaser was evident from the start. They even assisted when surveys and reports were required ensuring that the process was efficient.

We are now in our forever home and look forward to our future happiness. This is all thanks to Julie, Neil and their team at Flaxman Estates.

We can highly recommend this company, both Julie & Neil were extremely professional throughout our house purchase . They virtually held our hand every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. It was the smoothest house purchase we’ve ever made and considering we were in another country they made the process easy .
We can’t thank them & their team enough even after moving in they kept in touch to ensure we were settled.
Their service is second to none .
