I bought a rose with paraffin wax, and the shop told me it wouldn't spoil. When I complained via WhatsApp, they said they "didn't say anything" about it lasting a year, and a few minutes later they sent me an audio message saying it would only last a week. Very inconsistent, and the rose deteriorated quickly. I don't recommend this florist.

I came specifically to buy a bouquet and arrived at 9:25 PM. I found the young man (light-eyed) washing up. I wanted him to make a bouquet he had already prepared and add some flowers, but he refused to do it or even serve me because he said the back area was already cleaned and he wasn't going to go in. I had always been served by the other two women and was satisfied, but I'm leaving quite disappointed with the service and his lack of enthusiasm for working.
