I bought flowers on Valentine's Day (the 14th) and they were going in the trash by the 16th. I told them they weren't fresh, and they insisted they were, so they tricked me. I buy flowers regularly, and they've lost a customer, and naturally, I don't recommend them.
They're very friendly, but you can't see the flowers, and they give you whatever they feel like.
Then they offer nice words, but the expense and the bad impression are irreparable.

In response to your reply: I want to tell you that I didn't go to the wrong florist. The flowers weren't fresh, and I told you so. You've lost more than just a good customer. The purchase was a disaster, and your explanation was incredibly worse. I repeat, you sold me flowers that weren't fresh, and they didn't even last two days. I told you they weren't fresh, and you denied it, and now you're making up a ridiculous excuse to avoid criticism. I'm attaching a bank statement showing the payment and a photograph that confirms what I just told you.

I arrived, ordered what I wanted, and they gave me even more. The service was excellent.

To this day, a week later, the flowers I bought are still looking great, just needing a change of water. Some have even bloomed more and produced new shoots.

I have absolutely no complaints.

I just received a bouquet for our wedding anniversary. My husband wanted to surprise me, but instead, we were devastated. In the photo, you can see the state of the flowers I found when I opened the bouquet to put them in the vase. They were all wilted, with petals falling off and brown leaves. If this is their way of using flowers that would otherwise be thrown away, they should have thought about it. They were paid a good amount of money for the bouquet, but the worst part is that they ruined a beautiful day, and we will never buy flowers there again. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has the same experience.

I've been several times and I don't like that they don't have prices posted and it seems like the woman charges you whatever she feels like at the time. So my advice is to ask before deciding.
