Fremap is the worst mutual insurance company there is, and the doctor, Francisco Javier De Rojas Román, is awful. He tells you some tall tale about why he can't give you sick leave and sends you to social security, even though he tells you that you're unwell, that you can't work like that, that it's a risk to both you and the patient because you could fall and get worse, but they won't give you sick leave. They just pass the buck. They're completely unprofessional. When I injured myself at work, they say you have to go the second you feel something, not when it gets worse. If you feel even a little pain, you have to go, and if someone says, "I'll go see if it goes away and work the rest of the day," if you get worse by the end of the day, that's no good anymore. I just don't understand it. When I break a toenail, I'll go and see if they pay more attention to me then.
And the worst part is that they gave me a number for Mutua Universal to contact them. I called, and it doesn't exist.
It's a real shame. I have shoulder pain due to overexertion. They tell me it's due to wear and tear and smoking.
They prescribe me pills and a cream and tell my family doctor to go. I have to pay for the medications myself.
As soon as I get out, I go to the hospital emergency room. I see the orthopedist and get the appropriate tests done. My fibrillar is torn and I'm sick.
See you in court. Machines...
Excellent treatment, from Dr. Javier Rojas, to the nurses (Lidia, Marisa, and David) and physiotherapists (Inma, Virginia, and Candela), who are all wonderful. Everyone is very attentive and provides excellent care. Likewise, the orthopedic surgeon and the rehabilitation doctor who operated on me and follow up with me monthly. And I can't forget their taxi service; it's fantastic. Thank you all.
