I found the staff very helpful and friendly, even if you don't speak Spanish.
A very pleasant change from visiting town halls in other countries!

We had a great experience here today. The gentleman at the digital certificate window was quick, efficient and very pleasant. Then, we attempted to obtain the free bus passes. The machine broke while attempting to produce the card for us. The young man there, Josué, was so fabulous. He tried twice to get an employee to fix it, with no success. So, then, since there was no one else in line, he set up a bus card on the online app for me, so I can then set one up for my husband. Cannot say enough about what an excellent employee he is!!

The man at the desk was very rude when I enquired about obtaining a tarjeta ciudadana bus pass. I asked if I could make an appointment and he abruptly told me I would have to wait 6 weeks. I said it's not busy in the office couldn't I just go and wait and see if I can get a slot. He said you could but you will probably be there all day. He was very unhelpful. I followed my instincts and went through to the office anyway and I spoke to a very kind lady behind the desk who said she had 20 minutes to wait for the next appointment so she saw me straight away and issued me with a bus pass within 10 minutes. I would like to know why the man at the front desk was so rude? Why didn't he give me correct information and tell me all I had to do was turn up at 8.30 am any morning and get in the queue and appointments are given there and then, first come first served basis. Simple. It seems to me he does not like the English and does everything in his power to fob you off and get rid if you. +447714338048

Lovely people and relatively new town hall but if you are planning on going there to achieve something leave time, plenty of time. New booking system, while working, means you have a week's wait to pay at the offices by credit card only. You need to be lucky to get the employee that speaks English but they are all incredibly helpful and polite when you do. Preserverance helps and your time your time of course.

The man at the information desk was incredibly rude and insensitive to me when I was trying to change the bank account that was used for municipal tax due to a death of the friend that it was in the name of. I tried to explain what was happening and while I am English I had written down everything in Spanish before hand. He told me he didn’t care and insinuated we were unqualified for the jobs we were trying to do resolving the accounts
