I felt very welcome even though I don’t speak Spanish. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the Latin music playing in the background. The machines aren’t brand new but the gym has everything you need for a great workout.

Compact residential district north-east of the centre, originally laid out in the 1920s as a low-density garden suburb on the El Limonar–Puerto de la Torre axis. Today it's a mix of restored early-20th-century villas and post-war apartment blocks, organised around Plaza Mayor de Ciudad Jardín. The MA-20 ring road runs to the north. Connected to the city centre by several bus lines in 10-15 minutes; pedestrians can reach the centre along Avenida Jorge Silvela in around 25 minutes.

Good gym with really good energy 💪
A decent and functional neighborhood gym. The facilities are well-maintained and the equipment is perfectly adequate for daily workouts. It can get a bit crowded at peak times, but it's manageable. The staff is friendly and approachable, which is appreciated. A good option if you're looking for something practical and straightforward.
The staff are very attentive, one of the best gyms I've ever been to.
