I don't usually share many negative opinions because I don't want to hurt anyone or make someone who earns a living by working and advising others look bad. I'm going to share my experience, and the readers can judge for themselves. I've been with them for three years now because I never want them to handle paperwork or advise me again. We have car insurance with them, and the first claim I filed was fine because it wasn't my fault. As a result, they raised my premium without notifying me, and well, I accepted it. They also promised that my premium would go down within a year and that I could cancel two extra insurance policies I was supposed to take out and stay with them. One of the many lies they told me. They assigned me an advisor who turned out to be inexperienced and unqualified. I don't mind that, but they don't review their work, and in the second claim, which wasn't my fault, they didn't file a claim and forgot to file a claim with the insurance company, resulting in me being at fault, and they refused to process the claim. In short: lies, poor communication, delays, and they don't return my calls. They raised my insurance again without any argument. I hope they acknowledge their mistakes and don't treat other customers this way. I'm disillusioned, disappointed, and disillusioned. I absolutely do not recommend them. They are not transparent, and I hope this serves as constructive criticism so they learn to communicate better with their customers and not lie, even though telling the truth sometimes hurts.

During the height of the COVID-19 furloughs, there were payment delays because I hadn't submitted the paperwork on time. When I went to talk to him, I tried to be polite, but he preferred to mess with me... In short, if you want a good accounting firm, this is NOT the place.
