Hacienda La Esperanza

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero for my review. The experience was awful. The event service hired for the high school graduation (College-esp Málaga) did not meet expectations or what was agreed upon:
- The bus we hired didn't have enough seats for all the students, and we had to wait for another bus from a different school to pick up the rest.

- The main courses were served at 1:15 a.m.

- Some of the dishes we ordered were served at some tables but not others, and despite complaining, the issue wasn't resolved. This included some appetizers and desserts.

- The quality of the food was far below what College-esp Málaga offered (I've attached some photos of what they served).

- The organization by the waiters was terrible. I understand that all of this isn't the responsibility of Hacienda La Esperanza, but they should be aware of the companies they entrust with their property. I would absolutely NOT recommend hiring College-esp Malaga.

I had my 2nd year of high school graduation party there, and this is what happened. They didn't deliver on any of their promises. We arrived at 10:20 PM, and they didn't serve the sirloin steak from the menu until 1:30 AM. In fact, half of my graduating class didn't even receive their sirloin steak, and they brought food to people from other graduating classes first, even though they arrived much later than us. We couldn't even have dessert because we had to wait even longer, and on top of that, they told us not to expect it, even though we had paid for it, because it wasn't going to arrive. I paid a total of €80 for the entire menu, for things that never even came. There was a supposed late-night snack, but only a few trays arrived, and many of my classmates didn't even receive their menu. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend having your graduation party at this place due to their lack of commitment. Furthermore, the pickup was supposed to be at least at 6:30, but they picked us up at 5. In conclusion, the place is a disgrace and they are very irresponsible with everything that was supposedly included in the package.

A disaster, a disgrace.

Yesterday our students had their 2025-2026 graduation. Two things to note, because it's serious: they served alcohol to minors and the dinner was horribly planned and organized. It was 1:30 in the morning and there were still guests who hadn't eaten. I want to emphasize that the service was good, they did what they could, but the organization and the catering contract were a complete rip-off. I find it incredibly crass and opportunistic to take advantage of the excitement of young people who want to celebrate an important moment in their lives to profit at their expense in such a vile way. As an additional detail, I'd like to point out that I've eaten better cardboard than the brownie that arrived at 3:00 in the morning; it was as late as the Christmas Lottery.

Shameful! Don't even think about holding any events here. A 12th-grade graduation party cost €80, with "food" that was inedible even if you were starving (they hadn't eaten dinner by 1:00 AM), and some drinks were missing because "there weren't any left" as soon as they sat down to eat. A complete organizational disaster, and the after-party left much to be desired. They're ripping people off.

The party was awful. Our scheduled time was midnight, but we had to wait a whole hour outside because the room was occupied by another group. The bar was overwhelmed with customers, and we had to wait about 20 minutes just to get a drink.

There was none of the food we'd been promised, for which we'd also paid extra. In any case, we left at 4:00 AM, and there still wasn't any food.

Everything was terribly organized; there weren't even places to sit. People had to sit on the concrete floor or on the stairs. It's incomprehensible why they charge so much money for something like that.
