Hamburguesa Nostra

The food was delicious, but the staff were unfortunately too busy gossiping in the kitchen to notice the customer. We were the only ones in the dining room, so the ladies certainly didn't have much to do. After ordering dessert, the lady forgot about us, and I'm sure of this, as we waited quite a while for it. At one point, the lady noticed me staring at her and started whispering something to her friend, hiding behind a column. They started laughing. She went behind the bar and only then began preparing the dessert. And if the brownie has KitKat in the name and the photo also shows that it is sprinkled with pieces of KitKat, then it should be served as such.

Really good quality smashed burgers. The fries were also really good with a variety of different sauces. The staff were really helpful and sweet. Definitely coming back if I ever crave burgers! I couldn’t find any vegetarian options which is the only let down.

Restaurant was almost empty but we were told to wait outside. Waiter took his time walking around and looking at us standing in front of the place for 10 minutes. While waiting we checked reviews and decided to pass further experience.

The most delicious burger I have found in Madrid. The meat is high quality, the fries well cooked and the overall taste and presentation was outstanding . Polite and quick service and very competitive prices! Don’t take my word for it, just try!

An absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Málaga — maybe anywhere. We waited 45+ minutes while several tables that ordered after us were served immediately. When we asked about our food, the waitress had the audacity to offer us the bill before we had even received anything. No apology, no explanation, just rudeness and indifference.

When the food finally arrived it was wrong. I ordered chicken and got beef. After pointing it out, the waitress tried to take my whole plate away — including the fries I was already eating — instead of just fixing the burger. Minutes later she brought it back, but it was the exact same burger with only the patty swapped. It still had bacon scraps stuck on it and even the same broken bread I had left earlier. Absolutely revolting, completely unhygienic, and proof they don’t care at all about their customers.

The service is incompetent, the staff are careless, the food handling is unacceptable, and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Shame on this place. Avoid at all costs — Málaga has far better options than this embarrassment of a restaurant.
