Never again.
After being a regular customer of this brand for years (something I can prove), what happened yesterday was the last straw and the final reason I'm going to stop shopping here.

I did my Christmas shopping well in advance, and after spending €250 in a single day, I wanted to exchange a brand-new sweater for another item in the store. The response was that I was three days past the return deadline and that they would consult with the owner or manager, considering we are regular customers. Ultimately, the answer was negative: the exchange was not accepted, neither for a voucher nor for another item.

This adds to other negative experiences, such as online purchases, where every return or exchange incurs shipping costs, regardless of the total amount spent.

With this kind of policy and customer service, it's clear that the only thing that matters is money, not loyalty or customer service. For that reason, you won't be getting any more of my money.

I went to this Harper boutique to do some Christmas shopping, and the service from the woman couldn't have been more exquisite! She brought out several items from the back room for me to try on, ironed them to remove any wrinkles, and even perfumed and wrapped the ones I bought as gifts. I'll definitely be back!

I love this brand and therefore this store, which has everything at incredible prices. Every time I go, they serve me incredibly well, and I leave super happy with the service and the purchase I made. The clothes are very, very pretty. If you want to dress well, this is the place to go. My ten! 👏🏻😊

I visited the store once. I can't really make heads or tails of it. The prices are quite high, too.

After several years as a customer at this store, today was my last day. I will never shop here again. I've been a customer for several years, and I didn't know they didn't give refunds, only vouchers. I told the girl I wanted a refund, and she said that even as a customer, she couldn't make an exception. Today was the last money I'll spend here, and of course, another customer lost!
