I would have thought that in a National health center Covid 19 tests would be free of charge. This clinic charges hefty fees. No wonder the virus is so rampant, if people have to pay those amounts for testing they will not do it and infect numerous other people.
Shame on the nationalhealth for wanting to earn money out of a pandemic.

I've had to go to the emergency room several times, and I'm not just speaking from my own experience, but also from the experience of people who were in line ahead of me in the emergency room and had been waiting for more than 5 hours.

What's the solution? Because I see comments, practically all complaining about the same thing, and nobody is offering a solution.

I don't understand how logical it is that a healthcare center that offers both emergency and ambulance services shares medical staff for both.

I've seen young children arrive in very poor health and have to leave because there was no doctor, and no one knew when one would arrive...

Honestly, I haven't seen an emergency room that responds as well as this one. Everyone can draw their own conclusions.

This is my experience, and it may have been just a few isolated incidents, but the history of comments doesn't help.

It's a disgrace that I've spent all morning trying to contact the Cártama Estación health center to request an appointment with the midwife. The phone rings and no one answers, or it's busy, or they simply don't answer. What's more, I've been answered twice and then hung up on.

I called Salud Responde (Health Response) and they told me it's a procedure they can't handle, that I have to request a day off or send a family member with authorization. My question is: what happens to people who don't have that option? All this because they can't answer the calls. Nowadays, with the technology available to facilitate work and management for everyone, they're incapable of resolving this. There's no queue system or any way to get a call back. Or they redirect you to the Salud Responde app, where they'll give you an appointment for next month, when a simple cold turns into an infection, and then they'll ask you why you didn't call sooner or why you didn't go to the emergency room. This is a disgrace, as this is the first point of contact for our health, the health of our children and parents. And no matter how many complaints and reviews we submit, it will never be enough.

They are incompetent and useless is the best description, how can it be that a person who needs treatment and cannot move will be notified to make an appointment at the health center, after getting someone to come to receive instructions, they have the nerve to call the nurse (making someone come to say something that is so easy to say over the phone) I mean, a person who requires treatment that day may not have it because keeping a daily diary of what needs to be done is too much work... It is not the first time that a similar incident has happened, the times I have gone it is better to pay a taxi and go to one in Malaga, they will make you less dizzy and you will definitely have fewer turns. Also, when I went for some treatment at the medical center, he kept asking me irrelevant things about the treatment. As I said, it is better for you to pay a taxi and go to one in Malaga
