Maribel at Calahonda Estates has been absolutely brilliant in looking after the rental of our apartment for many years - and then eventually guiding the sale through when we decided to sell. She went above and beyond in looking after us and the apartment!

Maribel has been very professional efficient & helpful in the handling of our recent purchase of an apartment. She goes the extra mile to provide information of the neighbourhood & useful contacts. Because of her, our experience in buying the apartment has been very positive.

I cannot recommend Maribel highly enough. She was so professional from start to finish. She organised furniture clearance and decorating and achieved the sale of my apartment very quickly. Please use Hola Estates - they are very good!

Dear José María Páez,

I am writing to address the completely unacceptable situation regarding the services I paid for through your company, Inmoyellow. Not only have you failed to deliver the agreed work, but you have also left my business without email functionality since December 12th, causing significant disruptions and financial damage.

Your behavior is disgraceful. You are avoiding responsibility, not answering calls, and even sending your employees to respond on your behalf when contacted at your office. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity is appalling and unacceptable.

I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. Fulfill your obligations and deliver what was promised without further delay. Any continued negligence will leave me no choice but to take further action.

I cannot praise Maribel and Hola highly enough, she went over and above to help with the sale of my house. I would highly recommend the services Hola and Maribel extend to their customers, I certainly could not have sold my house without them
