Poor service after completing all the paperwork for a flat purchase, including the delivery of the pitchers and signing the contract. They informed us that they had sold the flat to someone else who was scheduled to view it two hours after us. I see they are unprofessional due to the lack of communication among their staff, despite their years of experience in the business. I believe that to work in this field, they must offer their clients, first and foremost, professionalism, and secondly, security and trust. Based on my experience with them, they lack both. As a customer, I do not recommend them. Thank you.
