I asked this real estate agency for help selling an apartment in Rincon, as we didn't understand the legal language or the entire closing process. Terrible service, they're arrogant. I dealt with Monica after being behind a rental property, and they didn't even respond. You have to be behind it. The contract had several errors that had to be redone because they didn't even properly check the information with the information in hand. The commission was exorbitant. They didn't even show up when returning the keys. They treat you as if you were retarded. I repeat, terrible service. I've changed rentals because it's impossible for them to respond. They're better off at the office without being bothered. In the end, the owner withdrew their management from them, who luckily verified what had happened.
I'm not surprised now that they have few properties to offer.
I'm posting this comment after two months of managing with them, and yes, I have been a client.

The property they found for me was beautiful, and the service I received couldn't have been better. I've bought and sold properties several times, and I've never felt so well supported and, above all, so confident. This time I had zero stress (which is so appreciated), and that's thanks to their work. They were patient at several points when needed and mediated wonderfully with the previous owners. I highly recommend them; they're amazing!
