While searching for an apartment I walked into this agency and briefly spoke with a young woman, I’m assuming one of the agents. We discussed what I was looking for, budget, etc. I left my contact information and she said she would contact me to arrange viewings. I never heard from her again. All of this was done in Spanish so it wasn’t a language barrier issue. I guess motivation and entrepreneurial spirit is not high on the agenda here.
