“I contacted this company to repair a washing machine and asked for a price quote beforehand. They clearly stated that the cost would be €35 for the call-out and diagnosis, so I agreed. However, when they arrived at my home, they unexpectedly charged me €66, without giving any clear explanation. They simply said that this amount would be deducted from the repair.

Since then, I haven't heard from them again despite sending several messages. They don't respond and have disappeared.

After consulting with other technicians, they confirmed that the necessary replacement part is easy to obtain, which makes this situation even more suspicious.

This seems like a deceptive and highly unprofessional practice. Be very careful with this company. I absolutely do not recommend them.”
