Very friendly volunteers.
I arrived before opening time to donate toys and they helped me without any problems.
Everything was great.
The place is quite clean and tidy, and the volunteers are very friendly. You can always find something interesting, and the prices are very affordable for any budget.
Bad experience. I was going to buy a curtain tieback, and when I asked for it, they told me it was reserved but displayed without a reservation sign, clearly for sale with the price already on it. I work in customer service, and it would never occur to me to do that. In short, a terrible experience. I won't be going back. On the same street, there's another charity shop with a much wider selection and far more professional staff.
