We went to look for an engagement ring, and the customer service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. The three saleswomen went out of their way to help us, offering advice, assistance, and finding everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful and very honest in their opinions, which was much appreciated. We had a problem with the card reader, and they kept a close eye on us until it was resolved, being very attentive and friendly. In the end, we left with the engagement ring, some earrings, a bracelet, and another ring. We will definitely be back.

I can't comment on the products themselves, but the staff were very kind and untangled my boyfriend's necklace free of charge using their tools.

We had spent hours trying to untangle the small links of the necklace, but it kept getting knotted. Luckily, they were able to help us. Thank you so much!

I'd like to give more than one star, but I was asking a question about a ring and was helped by a very kind, middle-aged blonde woman who shared a shift with a young brunette who wouldn't let her colleague speak and seemed to think she'd inherit the jewelry store. I don't know if she was her superior, but I'm sure the blonde woman treated the customer much better. She's much more knowledgeable, pleasant, and has better judgment, helpfulness, energy, poise, and the ability to make customers feel confident in their purchases—and many other qualities I could mention. This has never happened to me there before because they're usually all lovely, but I just happened to encounter the only person who wasn't.

Very disappointed. A story of how poor service can ruin a memory that's supposed to last forever.

I bought two gold wedding bands. I left them to be engraved. When they arrived, one of them had been damaged during the engraving process.
They told me they would repair it, but since I hadn't even worn them (they were sent directly to be engraved), I asked for a replacement. They said yes, but what actually happened was that they repaired it and told me it was a new one.
What they didn't take into account is that both I bought are the same size, and now one of them is a tiny bit smaller because of the repair. Just enough to make it a little tight and uncomfortable.
Furthermore, the internal José Luis markings have been updated, and the one they damaged had the old ones, which also made it easy to identify. There's no doubt, it's the same one, just repaired.

It's terrible that they won't take responsibility for their mistake. But it's even worse that they deceived me. I'm sorry, because some of the employees are lovely, but the manager... Well, that's just awful. A very bad experience.
If you don't want problems with your wedding rings, don't buy them here.
