She gets caught up chatting with other girls from the other shops and makes you wait while she finishes talking before helping you. I've been twice and had to wait for her to come back both times (she didn't leave any sign or anything). The jewelry store is nice, but I reiterate the terrible service.
I was very happy with my purchase at this jewelry store. The prices were reasonable, and the saleswoman was excellent—very kind and patient. I will definitely shop here again.

My experience, unfortunately, has been terrible. I've bought quite a few things, and the previous sales assistants and only one of the most recent ones were lovely. The rest were awful, and the one who makes the phone calls, speaking on behalf of the owner, should be more polite and not so arrogant. It was a total rip-off, and they even tried to scam me with a return. I won't be buying from them again, and I advise you not to trust them when they tell you that you can exchange it without any problem. They'll try to change the price later, they're confused, and they tell you that the receipt isn't valid...
