The change machine was not easy. The first 10 euro note I had, it would not accept. The next 10 euro note I had, it would accept, but it only gave 9 euros back. In one of the dryers, the drum is broken, there is a sharp edge that could possibly damage the clothes.

Bad experience. Rainy day, Sunday afternoon, and practically all the shops were closed. I didn't have any change, but since I'd checked online beforehand and saw they had a change machine, I obviously trusted them and went. When I arrived, the machine wasn't working, and it was pouring rain... I called the number there to see if they could help me and report it. Instead of being polite, the "lady" who answered the phone said, "What do you expect me to do if the machine has been broken since yesterday?"... I was speechless.
A simple apology and a message saying they were trying to fix it would have been enough.
I won't be back.
I would never lie about something like that... Just as I arrived, there was a couple who told me the change machine wasn't working, that they had exchanged money at the kebab shop across the street. I went to the kebab shop across the street, and the guy told me they didn't have change because people had been coming in all day from the laundromat to exchange money. Finally, the guy from the arcade across the street changed for me. I realized that bad things can happen too... Thank you so much.
Small, with few or no people when I've been. The machines are clean and smell good.
Two 12kg washing machines - €5. Two 15kg washing machines - €6, and two 15kg dryers.
We need more dryers, as some people come with their laundry only to go to the dryer and there's a queue for them.
