Used this place after clothes were smoke damaged after fire in Hotel. Although the 2 ladies didn't speak English and my Spanish is very poor, we eventually got things sorted. All washed, folded and returned next day. I would recommend this place.

Family holiday, we needed to wash our clothes and they delivered. I was a bit worried because of the reviews, but I went regardless as the place’s nearby our hotel.
Overall great service, clothes are in great condition, clean, dry, and folded.

Going on vacation with the family, including a baby, means you have to do laundry on the way. Our hotel does offer a laundry service, but it is very expensive and takes 48 hours. That is why we went to a nearby laundromat. And I am very happy with this service! A full shopping bag of clothes for 13 euros. Even stains on baby clothes that I couldn't get out are gone! And all within 24 hours. Folded and all. Thank you!

Fantastic, fast, and always professional service. Contrary to the misleading reviews from other supposed customers, this laundromat takes care of any problem that arises; they are very friendly and responsible. Sometimes the stains are already on the clothes, and some "customers" expect the laundromat to take care of it for free.
It's been the ideal laundromat for my business for a long time!

A terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I went to this laundromat with a friend during our vacation, trusting their service since they had already paid us in advance. So far, so good. But when we went back to pick up our clothes, we found stains that clearly weren't there before! I called the laundromat to ask for an explanation, and what we received was a complete mockery: they laughed at us on the phone, hung up on us, and at no point offered a solution or an apology. Not even a simple "I'm sorry." They left us talking to ourselves with our clothes ruined. A total lack of professionalism and respect. An absolute disaster. Don't take responsibility; they don't care about their customers and treat them with unacceptable arrogance. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed!
