It was an amazing place and really cozy atmosphere. We took one pinsa and one pasta with truffle, and it did not disappoint. The food was great quality and our waiter Uriel was incredibly sincere and friendly. Would recommend to all visiting málaga!

La Ristobottega is an Italian restaurant located on Calle Cañón near Málaga's cathedral, serving traditional Italian cuisine including pinsa romana, pasta, and Italian charcuterie. The restaurant offers full menu in HTML format plus separate breakfast and wine menus available as PDFs, with group menus starting at €35 per person.
Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

We were ready for some good Italian food and this restaurant delivered. Make reservations so you don't have to wait. :)
The setting outside next to the garden and cathedral is beautiful, however it's tight and you're on high top tables.
We tried the caprese and the lasagna.. they were both great. The meat lasagna was amazing! They served fresh bread with olive oil and both were quality.
They topped the dinner with a limoncello ... yummmm
Finding this Italian restaurant in Málaga was a true gem! I recommend to book a table online on their website, it's super easy. We had dinner twice during our stay here and the service was excellent both nights. The food were amazing and the coctails were delicious! They made our anniversary memorable☺️
We had lunch here twice, we were seated outside, in front of the garden. Great food and service from Lara and Andres. The first time we came here we ordered tagliere misto and affogato al caffe. And the second time, we ordered pinsa calabrese. Portions are big and prices are not too high.
At the cathedral park is a hidden gem. Amazing and fresh italian food and wine hosted by a super friendly team. A quick lunch or a long dinner outside of the terrace is a welcome break stroling in Malaga.
