My partner is from Churriana and I'm from Seville, and I highly recommend that you all stop by if you're passing through! Great food, ice-cold beer and cocktails, clean (which is very important), good service, and the regulars are fantastic (as they say in Malaga), especially Armando and José, who are the only ones I know. Excellent value for money! So, you know, a must-stop for travelers! 100% recommended!

About the neighbourhood: Churriana
Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. Churriana keeps a recognisable village centre with the Iglesia de San Antonio Abad and the Casa-Museo de Gerald Brenan. The area is bordered by the Guadalhorce river and includes the Jardín Botánico de la Concepción on its northern edge. Easily reached from the airport (under 10 minutes) and from central Málaga by the A-7053 road and Cercanías rail at Aljaima.

You can reserve a table; if you don't, you should arrive early because it fills up quickly.
We're moving to Churriana soon and are exploring the area and checking out some bars. We stumbled upon this one by chance because it was packed, and it's fantastic! We were genuinely surprised by the price, and the food—tapas and a few larger portions—was also very good. Even though it was full, the service was quick.
It's located in a square, which is great for going with kids because they can play there. We've definitely added this place to our list, and we'll probably become regulars!
A couple of days ago, my partner and I went for an afternoon and we were incredibly comfortable. The waiters were wonderful and our order arrived very quickly. The food was fantastic; if you're looking for a place that offers great value, this is it. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.
