You didn't consider what I explained about my dog's sensitive skin and that I had to bathe him the night before. If you had answered me when I tried to contact you early in the morning, we could have resolved something. However, six hours passed without a response. And when we spoke at the store, you didn't try to understand, resolve the issue, or reschedule the appointment. No. You became defensive. What a total lack of professionalism and respect for MY time not to answer me for six hours and make me drive all the way there for nothing. So, when it comes to acquiring a new customer, you answer messages at any hour and very quickly, but once the appointment is scheduled, communication no longer matters. How interesting. Terrible service. They didn't respond at all when I messaged them early in the morning, which would have saved us the trip. Complete ignorance about dog skin care, no concern for customer satisfaction, and no knowledge of their own animals either. A disaster.
