Leroy Merlin

The delivery service was overall poor. We paid 30€ for the service. We were first told over the phone the delivery will be a day earlier and will be in the morning sometime after 11am. On the day of Delivery they contacted us to confirm our address which we did. We sent them a Google location and a photo of the front of the house as we live in the campo. At 17:30 we get a message asking to inform them of what items we bought. Strange as they should have this information at hand already. They asked for the address for the second time which we did via WhatsApp. They said they are leaving soon. At 18:30 the driver turned up after taking a wrong turning. Spent another 5 minutes on the phone trying to get the driver to understand that he had taken the wrong turn. We think this was poor service especially paying 30€ for the delivery.

Just had new windows installed in our apartment in Riomar 1 Guadalmar and where very pleased with the design style and product quality recommendations advised to us by Jose Sanshes your employee he deserves a merit award Mr Robert Jones

We bought tiles for our kitchen 10th of June. And half of the packages were broken. And we saw it in the shop when picking up and so the employees was supposed to order new ones. That’s okay, shit happens…
When the next delivery came, they had ordered wrong color of the tiles. And they ordered once more, this time they managed to order the wrong size.
Mind you, they have access to our order and the product number, now they have ordered a third time and we have waited soon 3 weeks for the delivery.
Making us not being able to move in, having to pay rent somewhere else for minimum one extra month because our kitchen floor is delayed because of Leroy Merlin!
It’s now been 5 weeks!
When talking to the employees in the shop they tell us to call as the original order was placed online. And on the phone they say they cannot help us and that we need to go physically to the shop and complain there.
I’m so frustrated and don’t know how we can handle this. I just want my tiles so I can finish the kitchen!
And why did you cancel the order for the matching wall tiles without us knowing, and not transferring back the money, or telling us the reason for cancelling.
Now we need to order them again and also pay again??

Very good bought exactly what we wanted. I did go line to see if the sold what I wanted. My wife bought a rung for lounge that she gave look for and I got replacement internal door handle that are very very similar to our old ones. Bought a electrical socket outlets with usb connection. Very happy

Bought a wardrobe. terrible quality , parts missing and drawers did not fit properly. Appalling customer service from Leroy Merlin. Wanted me to repackage the wardrobe that had already taken 4 hours to put together. Offered me a 30 euro refund on a 240 euro wardrobe. I'll know the next time. Its like I bought a second hand wardrobe. NO STARS
