The booking and payment were handled over the phone with excellent service and truly professional management. We’ll definitely be using this hotel again for our future business stays.

Absolutely terrible stay – not even worthy of one star, let alone three!

The room I received was completely different from the luxury room I booked through Booking.com. Instead, I was given a cheap, neglected room with peeling paint and damp spots on the ceiling, which explained the musty, damp smell. The toilet couldn’t be flushed properly because the lid was missing — I even found it in the shower, which I photographed and sent to the hotel. The sink was loose, the hairdryer was sticky and covered in hair, the silicone seals in the shower were full of black mold, and the kettle was dirty and covered in limescale. On top of that, the towels were filthy: two of them had large stains and were clearly not clean.

There is absolutely no care for the rooms, customers, or service — the service level is zero. When I reported all these issues, they blamed the handyman, and for the wrong room type, they claimed it was a “system error.” But any kind of solution, compensation, or proper response? They have no clue. They just push their mistakes and problems onto the customer. Truly disgusting!

I strongly advise against booking here. This hotel doesn’t deserve any stars, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com.

Only eaten there in El Patio gastro bar, which is fantastic. But I'm told the rooms at the hotel are good and inexpensive. The whole place exudes cool Andalusian charm. And it's only a very short walk into the old town of Coin.

What a great stay I had! the rooms are very spacious and very clean. Very well catered for all my needs. Also the communication with the reception and during the booking process was very smooth and straightforward. Very easy. If you are looking to be in an Andalucia architecture style property, this is the best place if you are visiting the area.

First of all on arrival there’s no one there it’s empty and going up to the room is dark. It’s very dodgy how no one is seen there and there is no check in desk you can only message them. The room was filthy, there was a kettle and no cutlery which we had been asking for the whole time and only got on the night we were leaving. The bins were not emptied towels were taken and not replaced so we had to ask for towels again which we would only get the next day! There’s insects all over the floor marks all over the sheets. I asked them to clean the dirt of the floor they sent a picture of a mopped floor but the dirt was still left in the same place when I got back. The bed was rock hard. They say it’s a “non-smoking zone” in the rooms but allow people to smoke in the rooms. The person messaging then told me I was disrespectful because I wanted compensation because it was only 4 days. Why should we get bad service for staying a short amount of time? They said your lucky you even got cutlery we don’t have a restaurant, but reviews say how lovely the food was in the restaurant and there are pictures of people in the restaurant downstairs lol
