The lady was very rude to us. We entered the store and picked up one book.

Afterwards I wanted to take a picture of the shop and she shouted at us to stop. I apologised immediately of course. The nice man explained that no people are allowed to be on the pictures, a rule which is stated nowhere may I add.

The lady then didn’t not speak or even look at us and even went to check we didn’t damage the one book we touched.

All in all a terrible experience. I feel for the man who has to work with that lady.

Oh well I got the picture anyway!

As the other reviews say, the lady who works here is incredibly rude and offensive.

I don't know why anyone would want to work in a customer facing role if they're clearly predisposed to being this horrible to people.

Needless to say, I didn't spend any money here and nor should you.

The sign said open. We went in and she immediately stopped us and asked what we were doing. We said we wanted to look at the poetry section. She then said that they were an online store only and kicked us out! Her husband went to give us a business card and she snatched it out of his hand.... very bizzar behaviour?! Maybe it was because we were English? Think she might be a little strange

The lady who worked there was the most unwelcoming person I've ever witnessed, just blatantly rude
