Anabel did our wedding flowers and it was perfect! The setup was beautiful and exactly what we discussed. She is so friendly and helpful.
I order from New Zealand and expected it to be difficult, but then I got in contact with Anabel, and better customer service you could not get! she was amazing! From when i got in contact with here to the finish line she was extremely helpful and friendly! Very proffesional and very fast! I told her my story, that this was a rush order and she just went with it! She managed to make a beautiful bouquet, balloons, cards and champagne and get it delivered to a beach!!!!, within a couple of hours! Annabel and Lola, I thank you for helping me and making my mums day special! You're the best, and I look forward to using Lola's Florista in the future. Best of luck to you both! xx Tine.
