I saw a combined lottery outlet at Malaga airport and it seems to be violating the regulations set by Yolanda at the Selae (State Lottery and Betting Agency) office in Malaga city. It doesn't meet the 50% signage requirement for each business, nor the 50% counter space for each business, and the lottery counter isn't even visible, because next to the tickets I see lottery tickets, chewing gum, and other products.
It seems like there's favoritism at play here. I've attached photos so people can see for themselves. There are probably other violations, but honestly, I didn't feel like looking into it further. It's not my job. It's Selae's job. And it seems they're not doing their job properly.
Also, you can see that the recommended price for Takis (a type of snack) is much higher... This business charges much more with a blank sticker and a price of €4. It looks a bit shoddy, to be honest.
