We took two watches to LunaWatch ahead of our wedding, both of which needed quite a bit of attention, and I’m so glad we did.
From the start, Jose was incredibly kind and easy to deal with. There was no pressure, just honest advice and a genuine sense that he cared about getting everything right, especially knowing the watches were for such an important occasion.
He did a brilliant job. Both watches came back looking fantastic and running perfectly, and it honestly meant a lot to us to have them ready for the day. It’s one of those details you don’t realise matters so much until it’s properly done.
All in all, a really positive experience. I’d happily go back and would definitely recommend LunaWatch to anyone looking for careful and reliable watch repair and maintenance.
